Shipping & Returns
Refunds are not accepted however we are happy to exchange items as long as they are unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the customer would need to bear the return shipping charges in this case.
In the event of an error from our side (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping costs and provide an exchange.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
We currently can ship to any of the below countries. The charges to your location will appear as you checkout your order. If your country is not on the list, please get in touch and we'll do our best to see if we're able to assist.
